The machine contains: on-line polishing part; cathode drum driving part; anti-oxidation equipment part; winding part; acid washing and water washing part; O-ring guide system.
The equipment uses Japanese Mitsubishi Q Series PLC and Mitsubishi man-machine interface. The complete set of tension drive control system independently developed by our company has functions including high control precision and fast response speed, which is deeply recognized by customers.
